In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water, add 1 tbsp. l sugar and as much flour. Stir and place in a warm place for 10 minutes. Add the boiled egg at room temperature and beat the egg.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and put the dough one tablespoon each. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
