Dissolve dry yeast in warm water. Melt the butter in a water bath and add yeast and honey to it, mix and pour in the warm milk and beaten egg. Stir everything until smooth.
Add salt and gradually add the sifted flour. Knead the dough, it should turn out elastic and soft. Transfer the dough into a bowl greased with vegetable oil and put in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
During this time, the dough should rise well. The dough should be washed with your hands, then divided into small pieces, wrap your hands in a neat ball and transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment. Leave again in a warm place for about 40 minutes, the buns should come up.
Beat the egg with water and grease the buns on all sides, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool the finished buns under a towel so that they do not become stale.
