Cut the meat into small pieces and beat with a hammer on both sides.
Pass the garlic through a press, add sugar, pepper and mash everything together. Then add the soy sauce and stir.
Beat eggs along with starch.
Place the meat in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Heat oil well in a skillet. Then dip the pork in batter.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm with the sauce.
