Ingredients for - Grilled vegetables with mozzarella

1. Olive oil 6 tbsp
2. Mozzarella 125 gram
3. Black pepper pinch
4. Arugula 1 beam
5. Cherry tomatoes 12 PC.
6. Eggplant 1 PC.
7. Zucchini 1 PC.
8. Sweet red pepper 1 PC.
9. Sweet yellow pepper 1 PC.
10. Lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to cook deliciously - Grilled vegetables with mozzarella

1 . Stage

Peppers cut lengthwise into 8 parts, removing the core. Wash zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant and arugula. Cut eggplant and zucchini into circles. Sprinkle all vegetables 1 tbsp. l olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Fry vegetables in 2 tbsp. l oil on high heat from two sides, 4 min each. Sprinkle arugula with lemon juice and put on a plate.

2 . Stage

Top with fried vegetables and cheese. Pour the remaining oil and sprinkle with pepper.
