Cooking
1. Stage
Salt and pepper the ribs, fry on both sides until golden brown.

2. Stage
In a medium bowl, mix ketchup, chili sauce, sugar, vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Pour ribs in saucepan with sauce.

Cover and simmer for up to 8 hours.
