Cut the pork into strips about 1 cm thick.
In a blender, beat until smooth cilantro, parsley, vegetable oil and garlic.
Pour the marinade over the meat, evenly distribute and salt, pepper to taste. Put marinated in the fridge overnight.
On a strip of meat put a strip of bacon or brisket and roll, roll on a wooden skewer. Each skewer should have 4-5 kebabs.
Fry the grill in a dry pan until cooked, about 5-8 minutes on each side. You can also cook in the oven, just put the kebabs on the grill and turn on so that only the top cooks, you just need to soak the skewers in water for an hour before they are strung so that they do not burn.
Serve as a snack with beer with any side dishes.
