To start the gut, soak in cold water for 1 hour. Then rinse them well.
Cut onions coarsely and fry in butter just until soft.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Pass the chicken fillet and onion through a meat grinder, add finely chopped dill, cheese, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste. Mix well and pour in water, mix well again. Take the water very cold.
Fill the guts with the prepared meat, tie the ends.
Sausages can be cooked in the oven, fried in a pan or on the open grill.
