1 . Stage
In a meat grinder on a large nozzle, grind tomatoes, red bell peppers, green bell peppers and onions. Strain all the juice from the resulting mass.
2 . Stage
In a large, non-aluminum pan, mix the tomato mixture, celery seeds, mustard seeds, salt, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
3 . Stage
Sterilize jars and lids (I got 6 liter). Put in sterilized jars, making sure that they do not have gaps or bubbles with air. Fill the cans to the top. Roll up.
