1 . Stage
Peel the pumpkin from the fibers and seeds, carefully cut off the skin, cut into large cubes.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, place the pumpkin.

Fry it on a high heat on all sides until crispy. Add salt, pepper mixture, black pepper, tomato paste, dried basil, press garlic to the pumpkin.

Stir the pumpkin well with all the spices, fry for 1 min.

Pour water on the bottom of the baking dish and put the pumpkin over it.

Cover the form with foil, bake in a preheated oven to 170C for 20 minutes (it may take longer, depending on the type of pumpkin, I have a variety of Hokkaido).
7 . Stage
Garnish the finished pumpkin with fresh basil leaves.
