Cooking

Cut the sausage into large slices, roll each in ketchup and put in a baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil.

Put slices of feta cheese, chopped onion, olive rings and crushed tomatoes mixed with sugar, seasonings and herbs on top of the sausage. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at a temperature of 225 ° C for about 20 minutes until a beautiful crust appears.
