Rub each piece of chicken separately with lemon, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Take a piece of foil and fold it twice to make a large square in size of each piece of chicken, then lay a sheet of parchment on top of the foil. Cut leek into large rings, cut the potatoes with an accordion without cutting to the end. Crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife and place next to the meat. Leeks can be safely replaced with regular onions.
Lift the edges of parchment and foil, pour the meat on top with olive oil and pour the wine into 4 parts.
Close the foil tightly and bake at 200 degrees 40 minutes. Then open the foil and let the meat brown for another 10-15 minutes.
Greek baked chicken is very tender, aromatic, tasty and juicy, and most importantly this is a portioned dish with a potato side dish. You can use any spices to your taste and desire. If you do not go to use wine then it can be replaced with a small amount of wine vinegar.
