1 . Stage
Sort buckwheat, wash. Pour into boiling salted water and boil until tender. Cool.

Add eggs, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste, knead thoroughly. Combine minced meat with buckwheat, mix well again.

Form cutlets from minced meat, breaded them in flour and fry the resulting grechaniks in vegetable oil from two sides until golden brown.
4 . Stage
Cut the second onion in half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Pour in tomato sauce and warm.

Put the buckwheat in a pan with sauce, cover and cook for 25 minutes over low heat.
