Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour. Peel and dice the apples.
Beat eggs with butter with a mixer, add sugar and vanilla. Combine flour, salt, soda and cinnamon in a bowl. Slowly add this mixture to the egg mixture and mix until smooth. Put a little dough on the bottom, then a layer of apples and dough again, repeat several races of layers.
Bake for 45 minutes, then refrigerate.
