We need bread without a crust. Cut the crumb into large pieces. Lubricate with vegetable oil and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the garlic sauce. Pass the garlic through a press, chop the greens and mix everything with vegetable oil. I didn’t have any greenery, so I did without it.
Remove the prepared croutons from the oven and grease with garlic sauce.
Transfer to a dish and serve.
