Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
Breast cut lengthwise into 2 parts. Put them on the bottom of the form, salt and pepper on both sides.
Squeeze the garlic and put on top, rosemary, olive oil and lemon zest.
Shuffle everything in shape. Send to bake for 20 minutes. Pour the broth and lemon juice into the mold.
Turn off the oven and let the chicken stand there for about 5 minutes.
