Combine flour, yeast, warm water, salt and sugar together. Mash the dough and cover the bowl with foil. Add oil and continue to knead with your fingertips (5 minutes) until the dough is springy when pressed. Wrap the dough in a film and allow to rise twice, leaving the bowl in a warm place for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the garlic filling. Sprinkle a baking dish or baking sheet with olive oil. The place should be enough for 8 rolls. Sprinkle flour on the table. Take out the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts. Unroll 1 part of the dough into a 0.5 cm thick rectangle. Put about 2 tablespoons of garlic filling on the rolled dough. Wrap the filling in a roll. Cut the roll into 4 equal parts. Put the rolls upside down in the baking dish. Pour the rolls with a small amount of milk. Put the remaining garlic on top of the buns. You can also sprinkle rolls with sesame seeds. Leave the buns to rise for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180C. Bake for about 35 minutes, until golden brown.
