Beat soft butter with sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Sift the flour and add to the oil mass. Knead the dough, divide in half, wrap with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Sprinkle flour on the table, roll part of the dough into a rectangle. Cut into strips with a width of about 7 cm. Put the filling along the length of the strip, roll it up and cut into small strips.
Put fruit strips on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Cool cookies and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
