First, prepare the dough. Mix flour with baking powder, add soft butter and grind into crumbs with your hands. Then add the icing sugar and mix.
Add the yolks to the dough.
Collect the dough into a lump, but do not need to knead. Then divide into two parts 2/3 and 1/3.
Cover the baking dish with a size of 25x25 with parchment. Spread most of the dough evenly over the mold. Place the mold in the refrigerator for half an hour, and put the smaller piece of dough in the refrigerator.
Put the form in a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until light brown. Then refrigerate.
Beat the whites until soft peaks for about 10 minutes. Then add vanilla sugar and icing sugar in parts. Beat for about 10 minutes. Without ceasing to whisk, add a little corn starch. After a thin stream, pour in the vegetable oil and whisk until it is completely distributed.
Spread the meringue evenly over the cooled cake. Put frozen raspberries on the meringue. Squeeze the berries slightly.
Rub the rest of the dough on a coarse grater directly onto the cake. Bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes.
