Peel the squid carcasses, remove the chitin plate. At the squid carcass, make a transverse incision, grease with olive oil and leave for 15 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sesame oil with walnut oil, lemon juice, add chopped parsley and hot pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Interrupt everything with a blender.
Cut onions into rings, salt and pepper, roll in flour and deep-fry until golden. Put on a napkin to remove excess oil.
Fry the squid in a pan with a small amount of oil on each side for 2 minutes. Then put half the cooked sauce in the pan where the squid was prepared, put the squid on it and cover with the remaining sauce, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve the squid on top of the onion rings, with chopped tomatoes.
