Preheat the grill over medium heat. In a small bowl, crush the garlic with salt, mix with cayenne pepper and paprika, and then add olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste. Stir the shrimp well in this mixture.
Lightly grease the grill. You can also cook in a pan. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
