Chop the onion and add boiling water for 5 minutes. Then rinse with cold water.
Cut the mushrooms into four parts. Heat the oil well in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden.
Add onions, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the bite over the side of the pan with a thin stream and cook for a few minutes.
Finely chop the cilantro.
