We put milk on the fire. In another saucepan we grind the eggs, with sugar and vanilla, add a mixture of corn and ordinary flour and mix everything thoroughly. Add boiling milk to our mixture and, without ceasing, stir for 5 minutes. The cream should turn out to be thick if if, in your opinion, it has not reached the correct consistency, then we add a little corn flour to the milk until the dessert becomes thick enough. To get rid of the lumps, we pass the resulting cream through a sieve. Well grease the baking dish (with walls) with oil and pour our mixture there. When the cream thickens, cut it into portions and remove from the mold. In the meantime, put the pan with enough oil on the fire. Breaded portioned slices in flour and egg and fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve on a platter, previously sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
