Pour gelatin over half the water. Mix cottage cheese with 2 tbsp. l sugar and beat with a blender.
Squeeze the juice from oranges, you should get about 200 ml of juice. Mix it with the rest of the water, add gelatin and sugar. Simmer until sugar and gelatin melt. Do not boil. Cool to room temperature.
Whip the cream well so that when turning over the fire did not move. Add the cottage cheese to the cream and whisk again.
Add juice to cream and whisk again. Pour the dessert into a bowl or glass. Refrigerate for an hour.
