Cut the meat into small pieces and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Then add sliced potatoes to the meat and sauté for 15 minutes.
Then add chopped onion and garlic. Season to taste and cook another 10 minutes. Then add the sliced tomatoes.
Fry for a few minutes, then sprinkle with grated cheese, cover and keep on fire for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
