Break nuts into crumbs with a blender or grind with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix the egg with sugar and lemon juice, whisk with a whisk.
Add semolina to the egg and mix. Then add nuts, baking powder and vanilla and stir well again.
Add oil last, mix well.
Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour to make the semolina swell.
Form with your hands dough balls the size of nuts and carefully roll on all sides in icing sugar.
Put the cookies at a distance from each other on a sheet covered with parchment. Bake in a preheated oven for up to 180 degrees for 20-40 minutes depending on the oven.
Leave the finished cookies in the oven off for another 10 minutes. After that, you can put the cookies on a plate and start tea drinking.
