Peel the apples from the peel and seeds, cut into cubes. Boil with cinnamon and one tablespoon of water until soft. Grind in mashed potatoes.

Add mashed potatoes, semolina, starch to the cottage cheese and mix until smooth.
Pour oatmeal into a bowl and put a tablespoon of cottage cheese dough.
