Wash the wings well, remove all unnecessary and set to cook, after boiling, cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool without removing from the broth.
Grind the flakes with your hands, beat the eggs with a little salt.
Pull out the wings from the broth to your taste, roll in flour, then soak in an egg and then roll in cereal. Let stand breaded for 10 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan or pan, the more oil the better. Dip the flaked wings into the preheated butter and cook for about 1 minute or until the breading is a light golden color.
The cereal wings are ready, serve with any side dish or just with sauces.
