Mix the orange juice, lemon juice, half olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper to taste the marinade. Pour the shrimp, salmon and squid mussels with the marinade.
Fry salmon on both sides in olive oil until tender. Transfer to a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Make a pesto sauce by whisking all the ingredients in a blender. Pine nuts can be replaced with ordinary walnuts.
Fry the tomatoes in the same pan where the fish was cooked with garlic for several minutes.
Then fry the pea pods in the same way for several minutes.
At the end, fry all seafood for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. We collect the set, put the ruccola on the dish, then disassemble the fish into pieces, put the seafood and garnish with tomatoes and peas, serve with pesto sauce.
