Cooking
1 . Stage
Let's prepare our ingredients.

Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate carrots on a fine grater, remove some zest from the orange.

Let's make juice from the tomatoes. You should get 250 ml of juice with pulp.

I put everything in a ladle.

I add water, salt, sugar and oregano. And boil on a low heat for about 15-20 minutes.

I cut the fish into fillets. You can, of course, take a fillet at once... Hake, cod, pollock would be good here. I salt the fish, sprinkle it with spices.

7 . Stage
Pour oil into a frying pan, add the garlic. We fry it a little bit. And then we fry our fish fillet. On both sides until it's cooked. I'm sorry, I didn't take a picture of the fish...

8 . Stage
Add olives, slices of half an orange and 1 clove of finely chopped garlic and balsamic vinegar to the sauce. Cook for a couple of minutes to exchange all the juices.

9 . Stage
Place our sauce on the plate. And top it with the fish.
