Fry nuts, peel and crush in a mortar.
Add pomegranate juice to nuts and simmer in a pan for 20 minutes. Juice is better to take without sugar.
Finely chop the onion, add the turmeric and fry in oil.
Separate the meat from the bone, remove the skin and cut into pieces.
Put the meat in the onion, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Add peanut sauce, cinnamon and pomegranate seeds to the meat. Stew on low heat for 40 minutes.
Serve with garnish.
