4. Mineral water 500 Ml

Cooking

1. Stage

Wash fruits well with a brush in warm water. Using a grater or knife, cut the zest off them, squeeze the juice.

2. Stage

Put the zest and juice in a saucepan. Add sugar, pour 700 ml. boiling water, boil for 2 minutes, cool and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

3. Stage

Filter through a large sieve, dilute with soda and serve.
