Cooking
1 . Stage
First we prepare the dough. In a deep bowl pour water, add the egg and salt, mix well. Gradually pour the sifted flour and knead the dough. Knead the dough well for 10 minutes, it should become elastic. Then roll it into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes to "rest".

2 . Stage
Rice is well washed, pour water (1:2) and cook until half cooked (about 10 minutes after boiling). If the water is not completely absorbed during this time, drain it with a sieve. Leave to cool.

3 . Stage
For the stuffing I took beef and horse fat for juiciness, as it is tasteless and odorless. Put the beef, onion and horse fat through a meat grinder. Add the cumin, salt, ground pepper and cooled rice. Mix the filling.

4 . Stage
Roll out the dough very thinly (1 mm). Cut into 10*10 cm squares. At the corner of a square put 1 tbsp of filling. Wrap like stuffed cabbage rolls or dolma.

5 . Stage
Grease the levels of the mantovar with sunflower oil and place the "stuffed cabbage rolls" so that they do not touch each other. Cook for about 40 minutes. From the given number of ingredients I got 20 pieces.
