Cooking

1. Stage

Peel and cut the eggs into quarters.

2. Stage

For the sauce, mix the mustard with sour cream, sugar and horseradish grated. Mix everything, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Stage

Pour half the sauce on a plate, put the egg halves on top and pour a portion of them with the rest of the sauce. Garnish with greens.
