Cut the eggplant into thin slices and place on a fry pan greased with vegetable oil. Salt a little bit.
Cut the meat with not too thick plates, beat with a hammer, salt and pepper. Put on the eggplant, grease the garlic through the press.
Put the sliced tomatoes in the next layer, brush with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
