Combine all dry ingredients, sugar, cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt.
In a dry mixture, make 3 indentations, two medium and one large. Pour vanilla extract into one well, apple cider vinegar into the other, and odorless vegetable oil into the third. Then pour water or you can take a weak coffee in the place of water.
Lubricate the molds with butter and lay out the dough, not filling out the forms completely.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished muffins with powdered sugar.
