Add the flour gradually while mixing well. The dough for Easter cake should be soft and easily behind hands. Then cover and place in a warm place for 3 hours so that the dough comes up.
Then add raisins and mix well so that it is evenly distributed over the dough.
Start to pinch off the pieces of dough and roll them in flour for several minutes, so that there are no seams. Put the dough in prepared forms and let the dough rise again in a warm place.
Bake Easter cake at 200 degrees until cooked, the time depends on the size of your cakes, about 40 minutes.
Beat whites with sugar and glaze warm cakes, garnish with sprinkles. Easter cake is ready.
