Roll out the dough and grease with mustard, put cheese on top.
Cut the tomato, ham and cucumbers into small cubes and arrange them on top.
Then we cut the egg into a cube and arrange on the rest of the filling, sprinkle with chopped herbs. We turn the roll and gently shift to a baking sheet.
Grease the Dutch roll with a raw egg and bake at 180 degrees until cooked for about 20 minutes.
