Cooking

1 . Stage

Boil the kidneys until cooked for about an hour. Cut into small pieces.

2 . Stage

Cut the meat into slices, beat, salt and pepper, fry until golden brown in butter.

3 . Stage

Put the meat in the pan, add the kidneys, sliced carrots, bay leaves, garlic, pour the broth and simmer for about 40 minutes under the lid. Add spices as needed.

4 . Stage

Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.
