Cut the meat into small strips and fry over high heat for 10-15 minutes.
To the meat, add onion sliced in half rings and julienne pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and tomato paste. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
Add spices and salt to taste and cook another 2 minutes.
Serve immediately from the pan to any side dish or just with a bread cake.
