First, prepare the filling so that it has time to cool. Mushrooms can be taken fresh or frozen, pass them through a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add mushrooms to the pan. Salt and pepper the filling to taste. Sauté on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
For custard dough, add salt, soft butter and yolks to the flour.
Then pour in boiling milk and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a towel and let stand for 20 minutes.
Roll the dough into a layer and cut a glass of circles, or make a sausage and cut into pieces, each roll.
In the center of each piece of dough lay out the filling, blind the edges.
Boil the dumplings in salted water after boiling for about 5-8 minutes.
