Cooking
1 . Stage
Wash the lemons, squeeze a little and squeeze the juice out of them.

2 . Stage
Add honey, ground ginger and soy sauce to lemon juice. Mix well. Put in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm up the marinade.

Then add mayonnaise and minced garlic to the marinade. Stir again and let it brew for about 2 hours.

Marinade for the duck is ready. Rub the meat well and leave it for 4 hours, and preferably overnight. Salt in this marinade does not need to be added; it will completely replace soy sauce.
