Rinse the meat and cut into slices.
Mix soy sauce with sugar and spices to taste, put the meat in it and leave to marinate for 40 minutes.
Put the meat in a heated pan with vegetable oil and cook over high heat for 10 minutes stirring. Then add cherries, if you have ice cream, then you do not need to defrost, pour a little marinade with under the meat. Stew for 20 minutes, if you want a sauce, add the marinade.
Serve with any side dish or as a snack.
