Grind the cottage cheese with eggs until smooth. Add baking powder at the end.
First add wheat bran to the curd and mix. Then gradually add oat bran, they may go less or more depending on the size of the eggs and the humidity of the cottage cheese. Mix well.
Hands form bread of any shape, transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 C for 25 minutes.
