1 . Stage

Cut eggplant into cubes, add salt and let stand for 7 minutes to leave the bitterness.

2 . Stage

Cut the potatoes into strips and fry in vegetable oil until tender.

3 . Stage

Fry the meat with onions. Set aside in a separate bowl. Fry the washed eggplants with pepper in stripes.

4 . Stage

At the end of frying, add crushed garlic to eggplant and pepper, stew for 5 minutes.

5 . Stage

Remove from heat and mix everything with fried potatoes and meat. Sprinkle with dill. Sprinkle with lemon juice. To cover with a lid. Let stand for 5 minutes.
