Coarsely chop the carrots and onions, fill with water so that it covers vegetables a few centimeters. When the water begins to boil, add broccoli sorted into inflorescences. Cook for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, half fry until golden brown in butter. Add all the mushrooms to the pan.
Mix the cheese with cream and whisk a little with a whisk or a fork.
Add cream to the soup, season and salt to taste. Cook for several minutes, then remove from heat and grind in a puree. Return the soup back to the fire and warm for a few minutes.
