Cooking
1. Stage
Beat the fillet with onion and eggs with a blender. Add salt, pepper and bran.

2. Stage
Smooth out the finished minced meat in a silicone mold or simply on a tarp covered with parchment. Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes and peppers into slices, the mushrooms into slices, and grate the cheese.
