Cooking
1 . Stage
In the bowl of a blender or food processor put chopped into small pieces fillets, egg, milk, starch, minced garlic, salt and pepper.

2 . Stage
Grind until smooth.

3 . Stage
Grease cups with vegetable oil, fill the mass to 2/3 of the volume.

4 . Stage
Cover with foil, secure the foil with rubber bands. Cover the bottom of the pan with a towel. Place the cups on it. Pour the water just above the middle of the cups. Place on the heat. After boiling, cook for 40 minutes on low heat.

5 . Stage
Then remove the foil, cool a little and take the sausage out of the cups. Slice the sausage preferably chilled.
