Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Cut the apples into cubes and put evenly on the cakes, sprinkle with cinnamon. Fold the cakes and put them on the greased forms with the seam down.
Place margarine, bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
Pour the tortillas evenly over the sauce. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
