Delight Cookies

1 . Stage

Let's prepare the necessary ingredients.

2 . Stage

Sift flour and baking soda into a bowl. Here we also grate the butter (previously frozen).

3 . Stage

Knead until crumbs. Make an indentation in the middle. Take milk (cold) and dissolve salt in it. Gradually pour milk into the flour mixture. Carefully knead the dough into a homogeneous mass. Put the dough in the fridge for an hour or so.

4 . Stage

Cover the baking tray with parchment. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take out our dough. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out a thin crust (2 mm), cut out cookies (I made squares) and transfer to the baking tray. Prick the dough with a fork.

5 . Stage

Add 2 tablespoons of milk to the egg yolk. Stir (to grease the cookies).

6 . Stage

Grease cookies and sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds.

7 . Stage

Place in the preheated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Take out and cool on a rack. I had 20 cookies.
