For the dough, pour the flour, baking powder and salt into a deep bowl, cut the cold butter into pieces and grind the flour into crumbs. Then add the egg, sour cream and sugar. Knead the dough.
Now you need to cook custard. Whisk the egg, sugar, vanilla and starch with a whisk, then pour in the milk gradually. On a slow fire, bring to a boil, constantly stirring, when turned off, turn off.
Divide the dough into two parts, one should be larger than the second. Roll out most of the dough and lay the baking dish on the sides. Put peeled and chopped apples. Then cover with cream. Roll out the rest of the dough and cut into strips, cover the cake with a net.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees 40-50 minutes. Then remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
